I bought it with out ever had or use a smoker before. I love it. So far I have use it as a grill. But is so practical, that even my wife preffer is to use it than cook inside

My son and I put this together the day it arrived. We will be using it for bacons and hams. Went together very well. It had a small dent on one corner of the tray below but it did not affect anything. FOLOW THE INITIAL START UP INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY. We did and it went very smoothly. Patience on initial startup is important. Initial start up seems to use pellets faster than subsequent than an actual subsequent project.We smoked a small butt as a test run. It took about 6 hours. I wish I had taken a photo to share; it was gorgeous. The meat (we sliced it) was delicate, moist and delicious. It was a good purchase. With the $85 4 year extended warranty this thing is basically covered for 7 years. A cleanout for leftover pellets (We vary wood flavors) would have been the 5th star. Our simple solution was to purchase a small vacuum to use only for rescuing pellets.I wrote this review and forgot to post it si here is an update. Original report was from December 2020. However, I have smoked 10 slabs of bacon since putting this together. This smoker does a very good job. If you want a strong smoke flavor I recommend plugging the oil port during smoking phase and also shutting down after initial smoke, lay a second smoke phase on it, then continue as directed. We and our customers happen to like smokey bacons so we double it up. Excellent temperature control. I just wish it wasn't Chinese. I looked at so many smokers I forgot who made what.

I purchased this item for my husband for Father's day. It broke 110 days after initial use. Will not come to temperature. The auger is rotating and the hot rod replaced NOT by Amazon they would do nothing for me because it was beyond their 90 day policy! They referred me to the company, so I reached out on July 11th 2021.They quickly responded and notified me I have a three year warranty with them. So they assessed with me the possible issues and sent a replacement hot rod... it got "lost" in the mail so they sent another. It came weeks later and with no instructions.I finally reached out to the company again they sent a link...for the wrong grill and then when I called them on it told me Amazon sent me the wrong grill! Not true I was sent what I purchased!I found the video to replace the part on my own and replaced the part. Only to find the grill is still not heating to temperature....I contacted the company again they told me to check yet another thing for them instead of just offering a replacement at this point! I asked for either a replacement grill or a refund to take my business elsewhere.The company said they have "NO RIGHT" to send me a new grill because I purchased through Amazon and to contact Amazon, even though they told me in writing that I have a 3 year warranty through their company!I highly suggest that NO ONE buy this product or purchase from this company! This 600.00 purchase has been a waste of time money and effort! We did nothing wrong but buy a faulty product. Neither company will take responsibility so please refrain.

We haven’t even had this grill for 6 months and the fan has gone out…worked fine up until now, but disappointed in the fact that a part has already failed after just a few months of light use.

I have two Traeger pellet grill smokers at work (i'm a chef) but for home I didn't want to spend so much. this grill is just as good and costs 40% less.

A good deal,I use mine on a regular basis, I like the set and forget,I dont have to stand over the grill free up more family time

Great product and really easy to use! Simple temperature controls and easy setup.

All went together as it should have and although we just finished putting it together today, we haven't done the burn off / pre operating procedures as recommended which we intend to do, but the product looks and appears to be of top notch quality, Thank you!!!
