iTrack Long Life Car Van Caravan Vehicle Motorbike Quad Wireless GPS Tracker - Huge Battery! SMS or Live Tracking!

If you, like myself are swayed to buy this tracker for the voice function, don't bother, especially if you are using the magnet to fix to a vehicle. The magnet interferes with the reception so you will not get any voice recording back, all you will get is a very loud buzzing sound.I've been on chat with the tech team this morning and even they acknowledged that the vpice function on the tracker isn't the best, and could offer no work-around other than to return it for a refund if my main reaspn for purchasing was the voice option.Other con being, the locations is in GPS coordinates which can not be changed. I would have preferred street names.Pros, well it works, not as good as other trackers I have used. But as far as tracking is concerned it does what it says on the tin.Battery life, I have it set to track every 60 seconds and the battery lasts about 1 week and thats on a vehicle that does circa 50-60 miles a day no more.Pros for the battery, it only takes 5-6 hours to fully charge.Pros for the magnet, it is very strong and has not shifted from the position it was situated in and we have plenty of speed bumps in our streets.

Having set up the Product and called I track for some advice. I’m pleased to write that they provide a great service and support.I needed something for my Jetski when it’s in the boat yard . This helps my insurance quote and also gives me piece of mind. I’m now getting one for my Van.The device was easily set up and to get the sim working , buying a o2 voucher made that easier .The device has a strong magnet which means it will be secure and solid on any vehicle.Technical support was one call away and quick to help.I have the App and the desktop option to view .

I did my research and read several independent reviews of Tracker products and studied Amazon ratings. This one looked to meet my needs and be well recommended. I’m therefore, very disappointed to report it did not live up to my expectations. So much so I’ve returned it and asked for a refund.I understood setup can be tricky and started on a Saturday when I had plenty of time. Indeed, it was tricky and I needed to contact product support. First problem, finding a phone number. Second problem, support only available Monday to Friday. Rang Monday, line engaged, asked to leave a message and someone would call be back. Nobody did. Tuesday same again. Wednesday contacted support by email. This time they rang me and sorted my issues but 5 days to get up and running.Now according to iTrack the battery should take up to 9hrs to achieve a full charge and should last “up to 40 days in GPRS mode”. My device took 26hrs to charge and fully discharged in 6 days. At this point I started to suspect a faulty battery. Certainly, iTrack’s claims and reality were somewhat adrift. Still an occasional faulty product can be expected. What's important is how it's handled.Contacted iTrack support by email asking if they felt this was a faulty product and/or could they recommend changes to the settings. 12hrs later I got an email reply asking a supplementary question but nothing helpful to me. I replied within minutes answering their question. 4 days later nothing further from iTrack. At this point decide to return the Tracker due to the unacceptable performance and support.

Great device and ideal for tracking and tracing. This shows your route and speed and even stops. The thing that is the hardest to use is setting the subscription.

Hard to register and drops in and out ,offline not much tech support

I couldn’t set the unit up. Instructions useless and didn’t make sense. Returned and got my money back.
