FRAUD ALERT
This product is not bakery emulsion. Bakery emulsion is a term of art referring to an emulsified flavoring designed to retain flavor while baking. This is just a plain ordinary liquid propylene glycol based flavoring. The flavor is unpleasant and it is not emulsified. It's thin as water. Calling it emulsion is fraud, a lie plain and simple.
