Customer support. No doubt the product is excellent and is made from sagwan wood, but, the customer care for hastakala bazaar are very professional and helpful. They will make sure that the package gets delivered to u as expected and will call u again for defects in the product if any. Packaging for the product is awesome

Awesome product for your new Born!!
The product arrived well before time. Once after opening the package and assembling the cradle, it is just a visual treat to your eyes!!.
