Beware of the reduced priced Cyan Toner
Found it too good to be true that amazon was selling the 821184 Cyan toner for less than $60, so I went ahead and got 2 of them in December 2019. Before I install my cartridges, I like to give them a good shake - and that's when I heard some noise like small rocks. Wanting to finish the job I had on hold, I went ahead and put it in anyway. 5 days later, my cyan PCU started acting up and I had a faint line appearing on all pages I was printing. Called service tech who came to fix the issue and showed me that, not only was the PCU damaged, but the Toner cartridge was faulty as well (those small rock noises I heard were some pieces of Toner that were solid chunks). Set me back a few bucks so at the end, no savings. I only have issues with the discounted Cyan toner, not the other ones. Hope this spares some other shoppers from the trouble I had.
