It has a bit of a stain from over cooking sausage, but it cleans easily, doesn’t warp, and keeps it bright color.Best sheet pans I’ve owned!

Before I even got to use the baking sheet there was a large hole in the coating that shows the bare metal. I'm very disappointed.

These cookie sheets are the very best I've ever had! I'll never buy a metal cookie sheet again! They produce beautifully cooked food, they clean off quick and easy like a dream, and their solid, and durable too! You might think ceramic would be delicate or break easily? Fear not! Best kitchen buy I've made in years, my family and I will never go back!

These are the best cookie sheets on the planet. They cook everything very wonderful they are thick which they are commercial I am 50 years old I never seen a pad like this in my life

I am slowly replacing all my cookware with enamelware. It has some downsides: You must handwash (the heat of the washing machine will ruin the non-stick properties), you can't use metal utensils, and you can "dry fire" - (heat without food) - but it's SO WORTH IT to have everything just rinse off, no scrubbing. It's better than cast iron because you can clean it with soap. I now have skillets, a griddle, a dutch oven, a casserole pan, and now these trays. Never going back. 5 stars! UPDATED: I roasted something on this tray (second use) and it left behind a ghost outline of the carbonization... like a body outline at a crime scene. I have cooked / cleaned a few times since then. The non-stick performance has not been affected so I don't care, but if you are bothered by aesthetics you should know about it. One star deducted. SECOND UPDATE: Another star deducted because the enamel is too fragile. I have a scrape down to bare metal on the bottom from pulling it out of the oven! Not all ceramic products are this delicate... this is disappointing.

So far so good. You seriously need to burn something on these to make them difficult to clean.If you're just using them to bake cookies and reheat things at less than 450 degrees, that shouldn't usually be a problem unless you leave something in way too long.I haven't owned them long enough to say how well they hold up, but I have owned them long enough to appreciate them.

Wondering now why cookie sheets have always been gray or brown. The color is very nice and adds a bit of sparkle to cookie baking. Good variety of sizes and I use them for all baking needs.

My whole life has been building to this moment. These pans are the culmination of 50 years on this planet.Now I can return to my people and tell them I did indeed find the perfect toaster oven pans. The ceramic coating was scratched when we received it in the mail. There was no damage to the box, just already the coating was coming off.

Good so far. Need to use them for a while to know
