The Best Gluten Free Cupcake Mix I've Ever Used
This mix makes very moist and fudgy cupcakes even when made with the Vegan / Dairy Free method. They don't have that grainy (no pun intended) texture that some GF products have. I've served them at a bunch of events.. to non-Gluten sensitive people and get tons of compliments.
