Great book
I usually pull what I want off internet but I saw book online. One pot ? Even one oven pan? Up my alley. The most delicious and keto accuracy I could find anywhere. I’m super happy with this. And there’s plenty to food prep with

Amazing flavors for any diet!
I don't follow the keto diet and often steer away from "diet books" but someone recommended this book to me and I'm so glad I have it a try!! The flavors in here are amazing and the recipes are flexible. For example I might add rice or potatoes to the recipe and adjust serving size to accommodate the carbs. I also really appreciate the beautiful pictures so I can see what I'm supposed to be making. I like to leaf through recipe books for inspiration and love when they have so many pictures! I also really like how all the recipes are accessible, they don't require too strange or hard to find ingredients that I'll be stick with. I can't recommend this book more for someone looking for big flavor, whole food ingredients, and beautiful pictures.

A must-have cookbook for KetoDiet followers who cook for the entire family
Love this cookbook!!!Charlotte’s recipes are not EXTREMELY low in net carbs, but the meals she has designed are low enough that you can plan ahead to make room in your total count for the day. They are yummy enough to satisfy your non-KetoDiet eaters and still keep you relatively low in net carbs. The Harissa recipe in this cookbook is enough to justify the purchase of the entire book. It’s so good and we use it on so much! One change I would make to that recipe though is not to use whole Coriander seeds, but rather use ground coriander and probably slightly less.I recommend this book to everyone I know doing Keto.

Easy and delisous
This may just be my favorite cookbook ever .. Keto or non Keto. I haven't tried all the recipes, but everyone I have tried was good enough that I would make it again. The recipes are quick, easy, and because they are all one pot ... easy to clean up after. So glad I got this book.

Simple but unique recipes
Ok. I’m a little bit of a cookbook junkie. Many of which I get but end up using minimally. I can already tell this one will get used! First of all, most of the recipes in this book are complete meals. I loathe having to find multiple recipes/ideas for a main and sides - this takes care of it for me. Second - the ingredients are all usual grocery store items, nothing that looks weird or specialty. Love that. And finally and what I’m most excited about - the flavor combos and recipes are new, not what I’ve found done to death in other cookbooks. Harissa pork chops? Vietnamese pork and cabbage? Yum. Now my only problem is choosing what to make next. Love it!

Don't get this if you're going for a 20g Carb goal
Picked this up and was initially very happy. The book looks great and the pictures made me want to make at least 1/4 of the recipes on that day. The macros are outlined for each meal which was nice. Then I realized there were no approx. calories listed per meal.No problem, I log my food anyway so I can just put it in my macro tracker.Unfortunately almost every meal in here that I've put into my tracker is not going to get me to my calorie goals as well as keep the carbs down. For the 6 random recipes I put in, only 1 was high calorie, low carb meal (so like 500 cals, 5g net carbs). Almost all the other meals I tried were around the 300-400 calorie/8-12g carb per meal.If this will get you to your calorie goals and keep you under the 20g carb goal, then this book is AWESOME. I would highly recommend it at that point. But I can't help but think the calories were left off the pages to ignore that MAJOR issue of buying a keto cookbook. Hope this helps others who saw a cookbook w/ flawless rating and thought it was a safe purchase.

Freaking love it
This cookbook is FIRE! The recipes are great for any skill level in the kitchen and the taste is mind-blowing. If you're not keto, don't let this steer you away. I'm not either and you can easily add some rice or pasta or whatever carbs you want to complement these meals. I love the layout and the pictures are so beautiful. I've paged through this 3-4 times just to look at the pics. Congrats Charlotte - you have a book baby!

My New Favorite Cookbook!
I am such a fan of One Pot Keto Cooking! The very first recipe I made was the Sheet Pan Jambalaya and it did not disappoint! I'm from New Orleans and grew up on Jambalaya and this dish took me back to Sunday dinners with my family. I highly recommend this cookbook for those who love simple and delicious recipes with loads of flavor! And the fewer dishes at clean up time, the better.
