Expensive but perfect fit. Genuine quality.
Perfect fit for GP100 6" as well as 4". I have not tried this, but I bet it will also work for longer barrels and will fit most revolvers similar in shape and size to Ruger GP 100. Revolver goes in easily, sits snugly, and comes out fast. Perfect for November hunt season. The quality and material are exceptional. Perfect stitching. Thick leather. Also great design. Very comfortable to wear, adjust, put on, and take off even with bulky clothes. Watch the video that is included in the listing, it's every bit as they describe it. It is pricey, but this is a quality and genuine piece.

The perfect hunting holster!
I bought this for my Ruger GP100 6" revolver. The Diamond D Guides Choice Chest Holster did not disappoint. The craftmanship of this holster is second to none, I own around 25 holsters for various guns and this one is my new favorite. The adjustability and placement of the holster on your chest is customizable to your liking, which is fantastic. This holster can be worn over a tee-shirt, or a winter coat, it has that much adjustment. I also bought the "Guides Choice Reload" to carry 6 extra rounds that attaches nicely to the shoulder strap of the holster, which gives it that finished look... be sure to check that out as well.

Not for good for 6” Revolvers.
I like that it was USA made family owned and operated. No question of quality of build. It’s just the design. While the fire arm rests snugly against your chest, he rest of the holster is unsupported. . All the strap attach points are high on the back of the holster at or above the trigger. This acts like a giant hinge. If you were to bend over to tie a shoe, The firearm would be pointing at your hands. Even if you had a ridiculously tight. This would work great for snubnose or small semi automatics. But no long barrel, large caliber firearms.

Nice rig
This is a very nicely made piece. There is a lot of adjustment to get it to fit just right.I'm looking forward to some time in the field and maybe a first handgun deer harvest.

You get what you pay for this is a beautiful holster
Quality is second to none worth every dollar you'll have it for life fits the gun perfectly highly recommend
