This item succeeds in holding the two mattresses together and is very comfortable. Without it, the trundle ever so slightly rolls away from the main bed. But with this converter, the two beds stay together as one. It was easy to install as I was and to do it myself without assistance. To maximize comfort, I suggest using a mattress topper over the full unit and two mattresses together.

While the strap works very well to keep the mattresses together, the foam “bridge” is so thick, it creates a huge hump over which one must roll when changing sides of the bed! This is uncomfortable.

We had 2 twins to make a king and on our standard frame and box spring the gap wasn’t that bad and was only noticeable if we didn’t have our mattress pad on. But then we got adjustable bases(2 separate ones) and the gap got so big everything feel in and it was uncomfortable to sleep. Got this and it covered the gap and once I added our mattress pad and topper it wasn’t even noticeable.

Thanksgiving, it beame a bit of a problem to make sleeping arrangements - 2 adults, 2 boys ages 15 & 8 and 2 girls ages 4 & 2 months. We put the boys on the futon, but the problem remained about how to handle the other 4...Voila'! The Bed Bridge pulled the 2 twins together snugly, and mom and dad had the 2 little girls in bed with them. When the baby gets a little older she and sister can sleep in the twins, and mom and dad will have to sleep on the queen air bed.!

I installed the bridge between 2 twin beds almost 9 months ago. Worked perfect, no issues. With a thick pillow topper, nobody can even tell that it's two standard twin beds with a bridge!! 🤣

Doesn’t work! Took sheet off and it was in the crack, not comfortable! Dollar store pool noodle would work better.

It’s okay. However, it does slip between the two mattresses sometime.

Using this to hold a fill the gap between 1 queen and 1 twin memory foam mattress. We built a 100" bed for 2 humans and 5 dogs. Rediculous, I know!! But the bed is staying firmly together without any body parts falling between the mattresses.

There's a bump in the middle of the two twins, but it doesn't really bother me, I can sleep on it and roll around and it doesn't hurt my back.Would advise people to invest in a thicker bed pad so the bump is not obvious for those who are bothered by it.I especially like it that the strap is super long, and that now my two beds are no longer separating each time there's movements on the bed.
