All Stars!FIRST EXPERIENCEAs we unpacked and assembled this TT board at home, it felt quite a sturdy equipment with the frame and assembly parts. And when we started playing, it feels about the most optimal bounce and speed for both amateurs and seasoned players. My primary purpose to buy this TT set was for recreational purposes at home with my two sons. And now, I'm thinking one of them may pursue it professionally. It would be the worthiest investment if that happens!NOT BEFORE A SUPPLY/DELIVERY HASSLENow, the most important part of my review - Well, all said and done - actually I didn't get a satisfactory experience myself initially. The board that was delivered had a) some aberrations, minor scratches and warping on the board and b) anomalies in the frame dimensions. So either side of the board did not stand up to the same height (30 inches) and there was quite a misalignment at their joining edges. The packaging seemed about right, however it looked like a transportation bump or mishandling that may have caused these rather irritable issues. I spoke to Akash from AVS Enterprises right away, and the gentleman patiently listened to my concerns and dealt with every point professionally.PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORTAkash, the customer support professional - spoke to his backend / manufacturing unit, and thereafter it was a clean and transparent reverse shipment + replacement process. Did take a LONG TIME THOUGH! I packed the entire unit back in its packing material, then a transport vendor picked it up in a week, indeed there was a replacement kit - another brand new piece delivered in another week's time - then lo and behold, this unpacking and installation went perfectly alright.Akash and I spoke very frequently during this time, and he managed the re-shipment, trucking, delivery and acceptance very diligently. He coordinated with my parents at home, while the whole reverse shipment and replacement process was done by their logistics team.THREE MONTHS HENCEMy sons and I have been having a great family time with this indoor sport, and my sons are liking it very much as they are able to pick up another sport. And if it does come to one of them playing professionally later... it would be the greatest return of investment we could think of! For now, we are very pleased with the board, its bounce and speed and its quality.In the end, we assumed it must have been a bit of rough handling by the trucking team in the first shipment - and conceded to that one month delay as indeed the customer support was impeccable. Product is just WoW. Nicely pack, well equipped, easy to assemble. Table is of high standard. Recommended for amateur and professional. Face little problem at shipping but finally delivered. Got this table in record time. Packing was brilliant, but for those who don't have tools at home will struggle to open the packaging. Also the product is very heavy, make require help to shift and open the packaging. Assembly was easy . Only issue was ,in one leg, the holes did not match the holes in the table tube. Didn't want to return the table just for this so drilled new holes as we had all necessary tools. If we didn't drill new holes and fit the leg as it was given it would have caused the board to tilt. Another issue was the centres did not match a 100%.But that's ok. Overall good product, good material,sturdy board, collapses easily and can be shifted to any part of the room. Great for practice.

The product is very good. It was easy to assemble. The build quality of the table is amazing. Its quite sturdy. The spin and bounce are up to the mark. I am thoroughly satisfied with the brand GYMNCO. All my friends love to spend their weekends playing on it.I would strongly recommend the product.
