Signature Housewares Sorrento Collection 120-Ounce Large Mixing Bowl, Ivory Antiqued Finish

This bowl is magic.It looks beautiful, it's very sturdy, matches all of my other Sorrento pieces (as in, the color doesn't vary), and it holds a great amount! I've used it for pasta, mixing, salad...it's great! So far I haven't noticed any scratching on the surface, but perhaps with more use this will happen. I hope not, but you never know. I personally handwash this bowl, but I don't think running it through the dish washer would kill it. I'm waiting for the other bowls so I can have the whole set! All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this bowl to my friends, especially if they like to have large family dinners or like to bake in large quantities and need a big bowl for ingredients. :)

Beautiful bowl, good size, good weight. Has a rim great for gripping when mixing by hand. Matches our dishes nicely in ivory and makes an excellent serving bowl as well. A little wider and shorter than our old Pfaltzgraff mixing bowl, but does the job very well. Packed very well and arrived in perfect condition.

There was no proper protection, it was wrapped in a thin sheet of bubble wrap. and left to bounce around inside the box, that was marked 'fragile'. We are not happy!

I've had this set for years and love it, so when I broke a bowl and bought a few to add to the set I was shocked. AMAZON IS SELLING SECONDS AS IF THEY'RE REGULAR DISHWARE!!The set is ivory with rust colored highlights. The bowls that I recieved are, if fact, ivory, but the rust is either on part of the bowl (bottom only) or not at all. The highlights are supposed to be irregular, but not only on the bottom of the bowl.If you have the set these will not match. If you just want a pretty, sturdy, off-white bowl it's great.

I bought this bowl in ivory for my mom. It's pretty, etc., but to call it a "Large Mixing Bowl" is misleading. The bowl is considerably smaller than my own (much cheaper) large Pyrex bowl. When I opened the package, I was sure there had been a mistake with the bowl size, but when I checked, yes, this bowl is only supposed to be 10 inches across, and it's only about 5 inches high! Seriously, just 5 inches! I realize it's my own fault for not thoroughly checking the product specs, but I guess I thought large meant large. If you want a medium sized bowl (perhaps for mixing frosting as opposed to cake batter) the bowl would be okay.

I ordered 3 bowls in different sizes, beautiful color, but,smaller than I had hoped. I do like them very much.I am considering purchasing the dinnerware, too.

This bowl is nice, attractive, heavy stoneware that is unlikely to chip or break under normal kitchen use, even heavy use. The color is deep and rich and the patten is pretty. It's a great size too. Durable, pretty, useful and not too expensive. What more could you ask for?

We've been purchasing a piece at a time of this Sorrento set for our daughter and fiance' over the last two months. They absolutely love the pieces they are getting!!! we chose three colors, and have been shipping them to their door. They have great things to say, and really appreciate what they are receiving. Good quality, simple and elegant look. These are the comments we've been getting from them. They have a rustic feel. You'll love it! This 120oz bowl is a good size and color. We've also sent the 60oz bowl in gold, and the 90oz bowl in green :) So fun! They look forward to their next Amazon box at their door.
