I bought two S’s, an A, and a P. I put one on my dog and the other three on my cats. The one on my dog discolored over time but that may be from her shaking or dipping it in her water bowl. The ones on my cats are still in great shape. None of them have lost their crystals. If you attach them directly to the D ring on a collar they often hang backwards or sideways. If you attach one of those metal loop ring things (the ones that dog name tags attach to) and then attach the letter to the metal loop it hangs correctly all the time. Just a tip in case anyone else plans on hanging them to pet collars.

Would have been nice for the charm to stay attached to the clasp. (Now the aforementioned charm is MIA.)« UPDATE »I actually found the charm [of all places] located under my car's driver's seat. And yes, the clasp managed to snap in half somehow.The good news is that I already have a few similar clasps, and I was able to connect it to one of those. So far, it has lasted 24 hours on my bracelet...so I hope this mini streak continues without interruptions!__Nikki

it is so much smaller than what i though i was getting :/

I thought it was very pretty; and it is made well. I even forgot to take it off when I took a shower, and it held up just fine, and remains just as pretty. I am satisfied with my purchase.
