Stinky balloons
The balloons had a stinky smell when blown up, but overall this is a nice package. Good quality for price.

What you pay for
It's cheap and comprehensive, but there are no instructions of any kind, the banners have nothing at the ends to be hung nicely, the words are broken up and weirdly spaced (fortunately moveable, but I'm not sure how I'm going to keep them the distances I want), and some balloons had holes.

Really impressed with the quality- far exceeded my expectations for the price. The cutouts were beautiful on harder card stock paper and didn't shed glitter everywhere! Colors were vibrant. Would absolutely buy from this seller again.
