It's expensive, cheaper ones are worthless though
Plants stretch and leaves are yellow. I jear its from insufficient blue in low quality lamps. Maybe hps is just wrong in veg

Ushio is the best bulb in the business. I also buy my T5 replacements from them as well.

Best bulb I've used ever
Best bulb I've used ever, in my 20 years of gardening! I doubled my yield, compared with my platinum 300 watt. This was at 750 watts, on my Supreme electronic ballast

Bad bulbs
Bought these bulbs as spares. When i actually needed them two months later, you could visibly tell the bulb was burnt out. Tried to fire it up, to no surprise was a bad bulb. The second bulb I bought looked clearly used. Unfortunately for me, I passed the return date.

Received completely wrong bulb in the correct box. Did not test or plug in.
Received a different bulb in the box for this bulb. Extremely irritated to have wasted my time. It wasn't even the same style/design. Has a completely different manufacturer and spectrum chart.
