These fit my 1992 w250
I got the part number off another sight and they work on my 92 w250 diesel for stock height up to 2 inches of lift. They look amazing and make the ride quality better.

so dont waste time on those places)
-1 star for bushings being too small on my 00 Taco 4x4 V6, despite the fact that all other websites say this is the correct rear shock. Unless you can special order the bushings or pick up from your nearest offroad shop, you are going to have a hell of a time installing these (Pepboys, Oreilly, Autozone, Napa, etc are ALL WORTHLESS and will not have what you need, so dont waste time on those places). You may also need additional washers to make up for excess thread from screw since bushing width is also smaller. Additionally, the metal sleeves they provide in the package are worthless if you run into this very situation.I recommend you do 1 of 2 things: Drill out the inside of the new bushing to closely match (not too close, you still want it tight!) the larger inside diameter of the older bushing. Or, take out the new bushing and cut it cleanely in half down the middle crease. Then cut a small bevel on the outside > of the inside hole on 1 piece of your half bushing and the < inside of the inside hole of the other. This will help each piece slide over the shaft easier. Lube the shaft and inside of bushing pieces. Press or clamp the first piece of bushing onto the shaft (if done correctly you can press by hand) then add and press the shock, then again for the 2nd piece of bushing, then lock that baby down. Having a good C clamp and a buddy will help on the driver side, passenger side was much easier since I was able to work on the top bushing from standing on the side of the truck rather than from under.Hope this helps. Sorry I didnt post pics.

Perfect fit, great ride quality
Ignore what Amazon says about fitment. They fit my lifted 2004 2.4l 2wd Tacoma, didn't need the sleeves provided.Had to get all the grime off my shocks mounts, but they fit great.Sooo much better than the Fabtech shocks I had on there previously.
