Sets very nicely and if you want even more thickness add two drops of rennet. This pouch will make up to 260 gallons of milk. The culture included in this yogurt are: Streptococcus thermophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus, lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium lactis. This is a food based product that should be refrigerated when received. We do not accept liability, returns or refunds for food based, perishable products.
