This is possibly the most disappointing purchase I have ever made and I plan to send it back as 'not fit for purpose' !The fabric is thin, nylon-type and a single layer bonded by heat in a hard 'seam' which runs down the centre of my nose and mouth. The rest of the edges are raw and unfinished so I expect they will fray and distort during washing.It's about 50p worth of material so it is vastly over-priced.If you are looking for a pretty face mask which offers you protection from COVID-19 whilst you are in public places, this isn't the one for you. I'm so disappointed.

I ordered a unisex mask for myself (a man) and received a single mask in a package labeled as "Women's mask". I tried it on and it is tiny, it may fit a child or small woman, but is far to small for a western man - perhaps a Chinese head tends to be a few sizes smaller than a westerner?I complained and was eventually fobbed off with the implication that I was being sexist in implying that something which fitted a woman was likely to be too small for a man.Poor quality mask, far too small and poor customer service.

Although very pretty, absolutely shocking quality, especially for the price. You may as well use a piece of kitchen towel.I’m going to try and return but let’s see how much I am going to have to pay.Seriously - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

It was thin and had been fused together or should have been as was only stuck together half way To use it I had to sew it together!!!! I have had to mark a star to finish my comment even though the product did not deserve any.

This is shockingly awful. A complete waste of money. A flimsy thin bit of cheap nylon cloth. Can practically see through it. Very badly made and wouldn't protect you from anything. The stitching has gaps in it. The material is frayed. The whole thing is shoddy. I feel completely ripped off, this probably cost a few pence to make. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

This products looks nice but it is grossly overpriced. It consists of 2 pieces of nylon polyester type material sewn together down the middle where your nose/mouth would go. It is single thickness, not hemmed anywhere, must have costs a matter of pence to America (made in China). I’ve not used it yet but I can’t imagine it will last long. Don’t waste your money.

Do not buy these masks. They are VERY poor quality and not fit for purpose. They do not fit, they are so thin you feel they are going to tear and provide no protection at all. I returned mine on 28th August and have proof of postage and delivery but I still have no refund from the company. They have just denied ever receiving the masks back. A complete rip off!!! They should not be able to sell on Amazon .

This mask is far too thin to offer any protection against covid. It's thinner than a sheet of kitchen roll! This is not offering any protection and potentially putting lives at risk. Government guidelines state a 3 layer mask- this is barely 1! I'm really angry that this company is trying to profit from the current situation.
