Okay, but mediocre finish
I've bought triangle D rings from kam snaps, snaptools.com(?), Emmaline Bags, and these. These were inexpensive but you get what you pay for. The finish is noticably less smooth than any of the others (a couple of very small scratches, and what looks like a seam). But for things that will get treated roughly (like a dog leash or a clip that will stay outside), they work.
