Great quality, the best white glaze
This set is the best- the white glaze is the purest and solid glaze of any dinnerware. I was so impressed I ordered the matching gravy boat, milk and sugar and butter dish.

Ok plates but two arrived broken & no good option to replace them
The plates themselves look and feel nice. Haven't had a chance to use them yet so not sure how they would hold up over time. What is unfortunate is that two of the plates were broken and shards fell out of the box when opening it. Unlike most other Amazon deliveries, which are packed in multiple boxes and protective paper, these are shipped in the original plate box only with zero additional padding or protection. So naturally some of the plates were damaged. What is worse is that Amazon dose not provide an option to send replacements or refund without returning the original item. Most of the time that would make complete sense but not sure how they expect us to put broken shards of plates back into a box to return it to them - very unsafe and disappointing that there is no better replacement / refund option in this case.
