ANCHEER eBike is SUPERB in performance and quality
I often felt that how can a $600 eBike have both performance and quality at that price point. But. I was wrong. After an extensive research on various eBikes and their price ranges, I decided to order the ANCHEER Foldable eBike just to see how it performs. I have had it for over one week and have ridden it nearly 100 miles. The eBike is superb in its performance and quality in every way. It is reliable, agile and sturdy and handles itself on treacherous mountain roads very well. If you don't want to break the bank by spending thousands of dollars on an eBike, this is your choice. I certainly feel that ANCHEER has done fabulous job in engineering this eBike.

Assembly Can Be Challenging But the Results Are Rewarding
This was the first bike I ever assembled from an order. Most of the instructions were clear. There were a couple steps left out for how to place the fenders on. And if this is your first time assembling a bike, it will be a challenge. The only down sides for me are the gear strength and the folding feature. I have bike set pretty close to the max resistance, and pedaling can be a little too easy while riding with the electric on or off. So it takes a longer ride to ware me down. This bike's motor is more like a pedal assist. Don't expect to have full control of the motor like a motorcycle or a bike with a higher voltage at 350 watts. The folding feature works perfectly. But there is no locking mechanism to keep it in place when lifting the bike to store it.The price with the features of this bike are incredible though. This bike rides very well. I am quite tall at six foot two and weigh around 190 lbs. It can carry more weight than that and I don't feel too tall from riding it. Living in a city, this bike commutes very well. Also, this bike never has to be registered or insured. The bike uses a 250 watt motor which is the max an electric bike can have before it needs registration. This does vary depending on where you live.Carry the tools with you as you ride. You will learn fast everything occasionally needs to be tightened or loosened as you ride this bike more frequently. I do love this bike even with its quirks. It's helped me a lot so far and like I said before, worth it with all the features compared to the price.

In need of good instructions poor are provided.
Shipping plastic is provided not mentioned on front disk Brake actuator. Front seat was not installed on shaft. Those two situation squeezed three hours extra work for me to figure out what was wrong nowhere mentioned in the instructions

Cheap! Buyer beware
Went discount, paid the price.Instructions are a photocopy of a photocopy, you can't read a thing or make out a picture. So unless you are an engineer or a mechanic, add $$ to price bc you'll have to pay someone to build it for you.I'll grant you that once you figure out how to build it and charge it up , another step with no instructions, btw, it is fast. It's fun to ride... when everything goes well. Now, a month later after limited use, the lug nut that keeps the pedal in place fell out so now I have to figure out how to fix it again. I suspect I'll have to spend more money.Above everything though, despite paying a professional to build it, all of it feels loose and cheap. I regret buying it, and expect that even if I tried to return it, it'll be a huge hassle and a long delay. Sad.

I've had mine since June 2020 then Lost it March 2022
First of all lets stop calling this bike Super Lightweight. It's anything but light at 65 lbs (29kg). I got this bike in mid 2020 and have replaced everything on it at least once. Seemed like every month something would fall off of it or just stop working for no reason. When it arrived the front mag was warped I should have had it replaced but needed a bike. This is NO mountain bike. With the amount of wires exposed externally. Constantly sagging out especially with the ultra heavy battery the creator felt the handle bars were the optimum spot for. The bike is hollow so it's unclear as to why they didn't stuff all those wires inside. Wait till your controller box malfunctions and it comes time to replace it. Surprise! even more confusion in wire form - oh you're gonna love getting to know your over priced bikes inners & outers. Replacing each item one at a time.Fortunately the very courteous , Third-party-overseas-Asian venders replaced everything free of charge and did it instantly. (one month) Don't get me wrong, I learned to love this bike that I will never ride off road with and never fold because its a major pain. Literally a PAIN. I think i folded it twice because someone insisted on seeing it. The bike frame is probably the best I've ever had it’s just everything attached to it broke or fell off. Thanks China! I had to get used to the pedal assist. Up hill and inclines are nothing! No Sweat!Sadly on March 14th 2022 my bike was stolen from a friends driveway in an upper-middle class San Diego neighborhood. I was only away for 10 minutes, I regret not remembering the Serial Number or getting a tracking device or replacing the lock which was taken with my bike or never even took a photo of it unless it was broken somewhere. I just never thought the bike would last as long as it did.I got it on June 30 2020, and with all the replacing and upgrading it I just never thought it was worth someone’s time stealing but apparently everything is up for grabs. That was my only form of transportation. I have nothing now and I cant afford a replacement. No way. There’s a lesson to be learned here. I have no idea what it is but its not relevant to the review.
