MYOXY Light Weight Portable Oxygen Cylinder for Home Patient with regulator and Trolley (1500 Litres).

I liked the oxygen cylinder. It's really useful, sturdy and portable at the same time. Looks wise it's much better than normal iron based oxygen cylinder available in the market. My only issue is it's price which is too costly as compared to other normal iron based cylinder with trolley that would cost aroung Rs.6500. But their customer service is very good and they have amazing staff like Akashi who are willing to resolve any of the concerns you may have regarding the product. She followed up multiple times to check whether my experience with product has been good and whether I am having any issues with using the product. That's really nice.

The item got delivered swiftly but my parents were struggling to set up the product. Although the video is helpful, my parents couldn’t quite get the item to work. I stay in a distant country and was unable to assist my parents with the product remotely. That’s when I took a chance and wrote to the seller - and I was very pleasantly surprised with how swiftly the customer care got in touch with my parents and helped them troubleshoot the issue. The product works extremely well and I highly recommend both the product and the company. Very good value for money, and overall a very high quality product with an excellent company that truly cares about its customers!

Easy to use

The oxygen cylinder is ok but the trolley is defective.both the wheels are not aligned as a result, one wheel doesnt rotatate when moved. Extremely difficult to drag the heavy cylinder. The whole purpose of spending 17k has gone futile. Can use the cyline at home only. My purpose of buying the cylinder was to take it on opd visit to hospital.How can sellers take life saving items so caually.? Didn't check before delivery or was it intention to pass on a defective piece knowingly very well that it is being purchased by someone whose life is dependent on it.

No support of mechanics. It can't be used

My mum recently had a bypass surgery and we noticed that she had a very tough time breathing just before she was discharged from the hospital.One of the next steps that doctors suggested was to extend her stay in there by 2 days, but she just didn't want to stay tehre even for a minute longer, since she ahd been there for 10 days already.At that time we decided to move back to home, but have some Oxygen arrangements at home just in case. I ordered this product at 9:00 PM from hospital, and it showed that it will take close to a week for it to be delivered. It was though delivered within 2 days in top condition.It took 5 minutes, top, to assemble everything and get it right next to my ma's bed and have it ready whenever she needed.Not only it helped us to get her back on her feet, get her breathing normal again, but also the fact that it was delivered so soon, gave us a lot of confidence.I want to thank the trader, manufacturer and delivery team involved.

Very nice product. Easy to use and light weight. Kudos to seller as well, this was my second order and again delivered before the committed date. Did not used it till now, I am sure it should work just fine.

I recently purchased this portable oxygen cylinder for my Dad and both the product and support by the vendor are par excellence. There were a couple of minor issues with set up since my elderly parents couldn't figure it out on their own and the vendor was prompt to send a tech at home who reviewed the function and set it up properly for them. Great product and even better customer service!!
