This is made from Palm Oil so it is really good for the immune system in my opinion. I have chronic lyme and I love Palm Oil because it kills bacteria but does not cause a herxheimer effect like coconut oil which will make you weak and sick. It taste good too and I use in in my cornmeal dishes which also kill lyme. Good product, in my humble opinion.

I use the large bottles at home and wanted something to travel with. They come with a short shelf life which was a disappointment and you have to use quite a few for each cup.

If you buy these in bulk from Amazon, they come in a big box and I would say a quarter of them are damaged and leaking, which makes another quarter of them sticky and gross. These come in boxes of 24, so they are packaged nicely and not all beat up. These are hard to find in single serve packets.

These are great. Since I am lactose intolerant, I love these because they are dairy free and do not upset my stomach. I use them to sweeten both tea and coffee. One downside is I'm pretty sure they contain partially hydrogenated soybean oil, aka trans fats, which are terrible for you.

I'm trying to help my husband stay on track with calories, and this is a big help. Even tho its got to be a little more expensive than the full size container, I know exactly how many calories of creamer are dispensed into each cup of coffee. So far we are winning the fight!

I've been ordering these for 2 years and love them. Arrives as expected with a rarely damaged pod or two. If this happens, just wash the rest of them and enjoy your coffee.

Good price, but 5/12 of the boxes leaked in transit. It was a mess.

Order twice and each time received the wrong flavor. A good deal if you get the right item.
