The woman who helped me was incredibly nice and helpful. She knew I was on a short timeline so told me she would call their CA office ship to me so I would get it much faster. My daughter and I both love this necklace! Necklaces came beautifully packaged with gift bags, tissues, cleaning cloth, etc. Very nice touches, you can tell that a lot of thought and care go into their products.
