Being a new patron to this brand , got to use the Kashmiri chilli powder , got intense colour of red , a little of the powder will do the job hence economical in the long run , have also used KEYA brand Kashmiri chilli powder with similar results , have stopped using regular brand powders for unsatisfactory results , pungency of the powder is slightly more than expected !MORE SUGGESTION TO PROSPECTIVE PATRONS : Go for this Kash chill powder for Paneer Curry ,Dahi Vada garnishing , Mughlai / Punjabi non veg .dishes ( mutton ) , Rajasthani mutton preparation aka Laal Maas , Aloo Dum etc. & forget to add any food colour to enhance the looks ,also the taste of this powder does compliment other spices in any dish without having overpowering presence , does not induce acid reflux after consumption .
