It is exactly what we were looking for and I love the valence! The only complaint I have is the instructions. I did print them off the email that they had sent with confirmation, but I still think it would have been more helpful if they had included more images or if they had emailed an installation video along with their confirmation and regular instructions

Good quality doe what you get. It only took about 20 minutes with some tools to install on our French door going out to the back deck. There is some wear from our dog and our two kids. Note we received plastic brackets for the bottom that broke within a few weeks from our dog nudging it and our boys swinging the doors hard. Requested some help and the seller sent metal ones quickly that hold up better.

I do not think I have ever dealt with such nice people and company. I had so many questions about my problem and the sales person was Jessica I mean I called more than 15 times or more and she kept her cool and got the job done . I wil always deal with this company and I have dealt with others and got no results at all. My wife is very happy also which is important. If I had known these were so attractive I would have done it sooner! Great packaging and easy to install!

There were no installation instructions with the unit. Had to copy a picture from the Amazon order page just to make sense of it. Instructions would be helpful in the future. Does look very nice when installed.

Could not be more pleased. My cheap blind on my door broke, so I decided to get one of a better quality. Quality it is, right down to the header that comes with it.. I got the 2 inch faux wood in white. Came carefully packaged, earlier than the due date. Great company.

$90 blinds with no instructions. Granted it’s not brain surgery, but who puts the damn instructions in the amazon product listing? Like why would you not send them?Valance clips snapped in half the second I tried to adjust them. So you’d better make sure you do it exactly how you want it the first try.What I presume were QC stickers don’t just peel off. So there is sticky bits of adhesive and paper all along the top.Some of this may seem trivial, but for nearly 100 it wouldn’t kill you to send a better product.

We received the exact custom product we ordered. It fit perfectly and had all of the needed pieces. It also came more than a month earlier than the predicted time. We would highly recommend this company.
