I'm very happy with this stand. For the price, it works well. There are two things one might like to know before ordering. The bolt that connects the upright supports to base gets wiggly. It's not horrible, but it definitely doesn't stay screwed in tightly and I've not found a solution to it.Also, and more importantly, this is made a bit differently than other stands in that the parts that loosen so you can adjust it are actually under the banner when everything is assembled. This is important to know because they are a tad bulky and since the banner has to slide over them, you must be aware that your pole pockets need to be at least 3 inches deep. I took one of the poles into the sign place that was producing my banner and they were surprised by the design, but easily made the adjustment before actually making the banner. Had I not done so, the pole pockets would have been too small.

Nice product. Took away 1 star because we were unable to secure the feet to keep them from moving. I understand being flexible, but they move so freely, until it's almost dangerous. As 1 of 2 adults attempting to move the assembled frame, I almost scared my face because I was not expecting the 'foot' to move so freely. Luckily my reflexes are still pretty good, so I was able to move my face out of the way when the foot 'swung' around upon lifting the frame. Still a good product at a great price point. Just keep the 'happy feet' in mind when assembling and moving the unit.

Lightweight and very easy to assemble—once we figured it out by trial and error. (We couldn't tell for sure from some of the drawings which piece was which.) Received one pole that had a defective end. Andy from Eshoppercityseller's customer support was very responsive and helpful and sent a replacement. We are finding that the stand is great for indoor use, and if not windy, for outdoor use too.

Serves the purpose, read the other reviews before I purchased and they were helpful. If you are looking for something heavy duty this is not the right item. Great price.

Product was as described. It performs well once you get it set up.

I wasn't planning to buy one, but saw the price of owning (vs rent) one to show off our Event Banner. It was a better investment as we will use it again next year. No issues with shipping and correspondence.

Well built easy put together stand. Great product I would buy it again. It is not flimsy.

Just received this backdrop stand and was surprised at how sturdy it is after setting it up which was very easy to do. This is a quality product at a very reasonable price.
