Telephone Wiring Block

The item does what I wanted it to do. It was a little tight in getting the connecting screws loose and tightened. Not quite the quality plastic and wiring posts of ones I've had before, but it does the job I needed it for and since I won't be open/closing it and connecting/disconnecting wires one I made it, it should hold up fine. it had been a long time since I've had the need to purchase one of these and they, like everything else, had gone up in price; This one was by far the best price, the higher quality ones were double what this one cost. If it were going to be used in a project where it will be moved frequently, and re wired, I probably would go for the higher priced one. But I'm totally satisfied with it for my intended use.

I'm sure the block works just fine, but I've not used it because the cable is too short. I thought it would be at least 6", but it is more more like 4", which makes it very difficult to run to a plug. I will have to get a female-to female jack to extend the length with an additional cable. 3-Stars for the inconvenience.

Not exactly what I needed but it did the job and am happy about it.

it is cheap but works. One of these was sent very dirty and grimy sealed in a plastic bag

It was simple to install and the price was great. I did not have to use the pigtail but I know I have it in case I need to troubleshoot with it.
