This is as it says easy to use but as one other said it needs instructions yes people will say hey dummy it's self explanatory but there is 2 and according to the description they r marked one 4 hard wood one 4 soft but they r not marked and u can't use them like a Katz-Moses dovetail marker\jig other then this it's a sturdy tool accuracy again u can't use it with ur dovetail saws and value is top-notch

Work great and simple to use

I am new to making dove tails and there were no instructions, and the labels on the guides did not make sense to me. Something seemed to be missing.

In presentation it seemed like it would be useful. After getting it I discovered that it just does not make laying things out any easier or more consistent. There are better tools and better methods.

I wish I could have gotten instructions to use this unique tool. I can’t make full use of it. It’s sitting in a drawer.
