This switch appears to be a nice quality switch I installed it on my pontoon console looks nice next to my other green switches. My only complaint is I had to search images online on how to wire the 6 pin connectors.

I looked at all the switches on Amazon and this is the only one that made sense. You push the switch up to feed the cable out and push it down to bring the cable in. All the other ones were push down to let out and push up to bring in. I might be weird, but that does not make sense to me,

This is a nice high quality switch that's big enough for use with gloves on.I use several other switches of this type for auxiliary lighting so when it was time to wire up a horn, I wanted them to look the similar. This switch is a bit overkill for my application, as I don't need the switch lit up, but as the wiring was exactly the same as my other switches, I was already familiar with the wiring scheme.For those unfamiliar, you wire your power source (+) into position #2 and then get power out (+) from position #3. You can add negative (-) ground to position #6 if you want the lower light to turn on when the switch is pushed. Adding a power source (+) to position #8 and negative (-) ground to position #7 will turn the top light on constantly. This is usually wired up to be controlled with the headlights / dash lights.And remember, this is a momentary switch. As soon as you let go of the switch, it turns off.

Facile à installer et fonctionne à merveille

I installed this horn switch and motorcycle horn device on my new Ride-On mower. Installed with inline fuse and connected "+" wire to its battery (and "-" frame ground it other connector). All worked great. Ya. Weird to have a horn on a ride-on lawn mower but it makes the yard animals move (move out of the way). I'd recommend - for folks who have lots of farm animals on their lawns....

Only lights up when pressed. Would be nice to have the backlight all the time. Other than that works great!
