I bought these to try my hand at making sourdough crumpets and they came out great! These made the process very easy and they are easy to clean.

Peruvian Causa Mold
These molds worked perfectly for making Peruvian "causa de cangrejo". I had a hard time finding something--originally I was looking for a square mold to copy the Causa served at the Tanta restaurant in Chicago. I finally settled on these and these molds with the pusher did the trick.

Seen pretty sturdy. Getting the mold off the food is helped greatly bu the little flat top with the handle. Works well. Also helps if you coat the mould lightly with a little oil.

Good for light home use only
Medium weight cutters that has seams held up by 3 small welds. I would handle these gently and use them to make Japanese onigiri rice balls.
