I had to send this back because I read the label wrong. I didn't need this book but it did look like it was a good companion to the textbook.

This is an excellent book for people who love to entertain and wants the knowledge for making just about anything cold. I love it1

Waste of $42. I was hoping there would be worksheets for banquet set-up, buffet set-up, and some other important Garde Manger information. Unfortunately there was not. Hindsight, I would never buy it.
