Would highly recommend! Used to get red rashes on my knees for having my laptop on my kneeās. I can feel my laptop giving off much less heat. I have to put something near my chest to protect the sharpness of it. But than that itās worth the purchase.

Appears suitable for purpose
bought this for my 4yrold grandson who was always sitting with his tablet on his lap. all I can say is that product was adequate for purpose but how much shielding it actually does is impossible to tell
