Much better than my old switch.
My previous switch would default to my NES device even though it was powered down. Newer style, not original. Goes without saying but you never know. This one stays on Chromecast even with the NES plugged in and off, no more keeping it unplugged.Happy with my purchase.

Good switch, but have a backup power supply brick handy.
Picture & audio quality are as expected. 4K is 4K, ARC does its job, optical output does its job. Couldn’t be happier with the functionality, especially at this price point. About a week after installation though, everything stopped working. Luckily, a simple web search indicated that the power supply “brick” that the USB cable connects to is prone to failure. This is apparently a common issue with all of these switches, not just this one. Sure enough, I replaced the provided brick with one I had laying around the house and everything is functioning as it should again. For $22, I’m still pretty pleased with the purchase.

Pretty good switch
Pretty good switch, occasionally freaks out woth noise and static and you have to cycle the inputs to calm it down but for the most part it does the job for not too much money.

It works great!
I have an old receiver pioneer vsx-d814 for many years. It works well, but there is no HDMI inputs/output. I find out a way to connect my Roku, Xbox, .etc to the TV using the HDMI cables. It is painful to switch them every time. So I am looking for a new receivers for a while till I find this little things. Why not try it? It's cheaper. Finally, I bought one and connect my Roku and gaming console to the TV. It is working like a charm so far.

A large cut above the competition
I have used a few of these HDMI switches over the years, and expected this one to be about the same as the others I have used at a similar price-point. But, it's so much better!The remote, usually an afterthought with these products, is actually pretty great. It's a decent size, very responsive, no complaints. And the device functions perfectly. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Doesn’t work well with smart TVs.
It missed up my smart TV menu. Returned it for a refund.

Great value, work out of the box.
Great value and works great. This is a replacement of a poorly manufactured (another brand) HDMI switch that just did not work. Price point is good and has more featured. Got it for a computer work station with two computer and a video camera. It just works!

It's working even better than I'd hoped
Easy to install and love the little remote altho it is so small I am afraid I will lose it before long. Bet really great not to have to get up and hit switches by hand between my various devices.
