Bent Wheel - Bent Product - Waiting on Refund
This Mongoose bike has a bent wheel, tube continues to burst due to this issue. Tire will not not stay inflated.

It's NOT a Mongoose !
It's not a mongoose. It's an off brand you normally can pick up at Walmart. Looks nothing like the picture, it's black and red with spoked rims and says "Spinner" on the side. That being said, What are you going to do when you find that out Christmas eve as your putting the thing together in the garage. Nevertheless, parked it next to the Christmas's tree.

Solid steel frame
Everything was easy to put together except the brake cables. I had to get help but got it done. Grandson loves the bike.

Did I get a store display?
My son had only had it about a month and the chain began to fall off, causing him to fall and hurt himself. Now the bearings are loose and he isn't able to ride it anymore. I guess we will be buying a new bike. It seems like maybe we received a store display bike.

Bad tires
I’ve had to replace the back tire tube 3 times and only had the bike for a month now. My son hasn’t even rode it a hand full of times due to this.
