a great find
i was looking for a skirt that was comfortable, did not drag on the floor , had pockets and did not make me feel naked and this was it. i'm nearly 60 and want nice clothes that i am not falling out of- no teenager stuff. Who knew there was this alternate world where common sense and good taste still lived. Thank you. Toda rava.

Inconsistent quality. I could have made better myself, and for far less time and money.
I originally ordered two of this skirt - one grey, one green. The grey skirt (fulfilled by Amazon and recieved soon after the order was placed) was well made and true to both the pictures and the written description. The construction and design were good quality and the fit was as I expected. However, for a skirt that costs more than $30, I'd expected a fabrication with more structure and thickness, and I decided to return it. I gave it 4 stars. Then came the second skirt...Where to begin? The comparison is like day and night. The second skirt was fulfilled by Kosher Casual, so I had to wait about 6 weeks for it to arrive from Israel - not a problem, but I didn't realize that until after the order shipped. When it finally arrived last week, I was very disappointed with this skirt. The waist band is wider than the elastic, so I'll have to sew it on the sides to keep the elastic from flipping around inside the band. The bottom hem is also not finished properly. It is jagged and uneven on the inside. The fabric also, as with the first skirt, has poor structure and is certainly not worth the asking price, to say nothing of the cost after shipping. Honestly - it is more suitable for sleepwear than casual. After just the first it was already pilly. I washed it inside out on the delicate cycle with only 3 other garments of similar size and fabrication, there was enough water so that the garments didn't rub each other, and I layed it to dry on a rack - even though the tag says it can go in the dryer. There is no excuse for a garment like this costing $30, it can't possibly be worth more than $10 at best. I could have done better making my own versus buying it. The only reason why I'm keeping it is because, after already having paid shipping to receive the item, I'd almost pay for it twice after the cost to return it to Israel. But the worst part is that the thread used to hem the bottom of the skirt doesn't even match the fabric! The skirt is a dark olive/army green, and the thread is so much lighter that the contrast makes it look more like sports wear than casual. After receiving the second skirt, I've changed my review from 4 stars to. However, my review in no way is intended to reflect the quality of the staff or service at Kosher Casual. All of my interactions with them have been pleasant, helpful, prompt, and professional. But, for what it costs, this particular item is a massive disappointment that I cannot recommend to anyone.Warm wishes to Kosher Casual, anyway! I appreciate the hard work and consideration that they put into providing simple, modest clothing that is stylish, comfortable, and classic.

Pretty, feminine, versatile skirt!
Love this skirt!! It’s so flowy and pretty and hits mid calf - very feminine and versatile!! Love that it has pockets too!! Wear this on the in-between days where I want to wear booties and leggings (but could also get away with flats.) Goes with everything! It runs a tad small in the waist but I’m hoping to lose a little bit of weight soon. I am 5’6” 155 and bought the L. I could probably take the XL too but I carry weight around my middle. My mom has one too and she carries her weight in her thighs and it looks great on her too!

Skirt
So cute! Super soft! Had pockets! Was a little snug but I thought, okay. Washed it and now I can not wear it! It’s too tight.

Super Cute and it has pockets!
I’m 5’4, around 155lbs and chose a size medium which fits just right. The elastic waist band is nice and snug and not to thin, but enough to help keep the tummy tucked in. The skirt is not 100% cotton but is a blend. It has great swing, hits just below the knee and is great for spring/summer. I had hoped it would be a little heavier in weight so I could use it year round but over all a nice skirt.

Perfect Length
The length was perfect. Lightweight but not sheer, perfect for fall so far. Waistband was a little tight but not too uncomfortable, good stretch. Will go one size up for next order and see how that is since I wear it right below my bra line and not on my hips. I’m not a fan of even remotely tight bands but if they don’t bother you, this will be perfectly fine. The tightness is no issue if you wear it on your hips and not at your waist.

Perfect for what we needed. Modest and comfortable.
I bought these for my daughter to wear to her Christian school. The uniform says it must be mid-calf and A-line. These were perfect. She loves them and says they are very comfortable. I am tempted to borrow her skirt for an upcoming event!

Not flattering, thin material.
Style wasn't particularly flattering. Length was about right for me but I prefer longer. Material was not the best.
