Superior Mouse
My old mouse died and I'm glad it did. This one is better in every way. Installation is simple. Install the battery (supplied). Plug the USB adapter into a USB port on your computer, preferably one near the mouse. Wait a few seconds and the mouse is in the house. This one works quicker than my old one did. It's smaller. It took me about 5 minutes to get used to it; now I much prefer it. My hand can rest comfortably on the mouse pad instead of being hunched on top of the mouse. I even like to look at this guy; it's colorful and cute. I can't say how long it will last, but it's got to be better than my original HP equipment, which has been unreliable.

Fast, Responsive, Low Quality
This is my third Logitech M305 mouse in about a year. I really wanted to love this product, but the fact that I must keep replacing them is a deal breaker. They are very comfortable to hold, track very well on any surface I've tried except glass and are easy to click. If you've had a mouse that isn't easy to click, you'll know what I mean. The battery life is also very good. I'm an all-day computer user and replace my batteries about every 2 months (unless I'm replacing the whole unit, of course, but when they *did* work, I could go about 2 months). The trouble is that they seem to be very poorly made, or I'm extremely rough on them. The scroll wheel usually goes first and has in all three. In my last mouse, it just stopped working intermittently and finally gave out altogether, so I believe that issue was the receiver. If the quality could be improved, this would be a 5-star mouse. I have given up and moved to another brand. Sorry, Logitech.

Retro Bling and a Comfy Mouse
Okay. I'll admit it. I bought this mouse because of its looks. I'm shallow. It's a very purply pink rather than a pink pink, though.Very responsive and comfortable in my hand. Nice smooth scroll, including left to right wheel control which is important on a netbook. It appears to be a little picky about its USB port. It refused to work in the preferred one, but chose another and it works just fine. It truly has a tiny receiver and you don't have to fear snapping it off in error. It goes in and out of its sleeve with no worry. This mouse never sleeps which may account for several reviews complaining about short battery life. The on/off control is inset and very very tiny and difficult to use.But it is very 60's "Laugh In" retro flowers and I like it a lot. I cannot imagine why sleep wasn't built in. It seems to me that should be a given in today's technology.

Works great!
This mouse works great. It responds as an extension of my hand. There is no lag-time, no mis-direction, and perfect ergonomics to rest under my palm. When first installed, it was instantly discovered by my laptop - no need to download drivers. The nano-receiver remains plugged-in to my laptop since its small size does not interfere with the look or functions of the laptop. This is my second M305 mouse (for my second laptop). I still prefer to use the mouse over the touch-pad on the laptop. It is so easy with this mouse. I am very happy with this purchase.

neat little mouse
This is a zippy little mouse. I liked how it performed . It did however use up batteries quite quickly. And unfortunately it quit working with in a few months of purchasing it

Perfect!
Zero complaints! Mouse works perfectly on my regular lap top or my smaller netbook. If I had to complain about anything it would be taking out the USB. It fits in there very snug and is a little hard to take out.

Marvelous mouse
This is a great mouse for smaller hands. I have arthritis in a few of my fingers and the narrower width is great for relieving the strain. I have actually purchased 4 of them over the past 4 or 5 years for different computers, and all of them are still working perfectly.

Cute and Small
This is a great mouse for someone who has smaller hands and likes cute stuff. This is why I bought it for my wife and she loves it.
