Brilliant, efficient and tasty
It kinda helps settle my IBS tummy when I do small exceptions to my low fodmap diet.... And it's sooo tasty!... I sometimes use it to satisfy sweet cravings without making myself sick by eating real sugar food. I love it, recommend it and use about 1 box a month...

I have to take a lot of medication, as I get older I find I get more tummy upsets, this tea is very soothing, tasty without being too strong. Very nice flavour minty and aniseed!
