Application is easy, sticks well, seems to hold viscosity, time will tell price high but what is not now adays, except for pay checks LOL!!!!

Four stars instead of five cuz the price for 1oz of grease shouldn't be $9+
The image of the tube looks very big! And I have to admit I just assumed for $9+ I was getting much more than an ounce of grease. I should have read the description better. Plus $9+ is the average price with places other than Amazon selling the product for $13+. Guess I should be in the grease business huh.With that said, I guess it's good grease. Seems to be doing what grease is supposed to do. I mean it's a minute gob of grease going on tiny little fishing reel gears... not like I can climb in there, look around and determine... "Oh, hell ya! This grease is soo much better than all the other grease out there on the market. Glad I spent $9+ on it." :)

Very good fishing reel grease
What's to say other than my reels now rotate with slightly less effort/spin more freely after removing all of the old grease & applying this. This is a synthetic based grease, and it's light enough to reduce friction yet heavy enough to where it's not going to sling off of any rotating parts & leaving the surfaces to be lubricated dry. I've cleaned, inspected & lubricated over 3 dozen reels so far to date this year, and this tube will easily last at least another couple of seasons. Being a certified master auto/truck mechanic with 30+ years exp & continual classroom education & such, I've been familiar with the Lucas brand for a long time. I'm glad I bought this stuff as it looks like it will be my brand of choice, along with the Lucas reel oil.
