I love this topic.

This book is one of the best books I have read in decades. It outlines a clear theory on how we can resolve conflicts, honor another person's value and worth, and build a world full of dignity agents.

This is a great book! I had the privilege of interviewing Donna on the In Search of Wisdom Podcast. She is a leading expert on dignity and writes eloquently and practically on the subject. Leading with Dignity is a phenomenal and important read!

My boss asked me to read this book as he thought I would get a lot out of it, which I did, and did.Good book for anyone. Pretty simple read. A bit redundant but you realize the author needs to pound some things into your head so you get the point. Recommend to any manager of people.

This book is an excellent step by step guide for leaders and others on how they can create a culture that respects the dignity of people. The principles and practices discussed apply not only to leaders but to all levels of personal interaction. I especially liked the discussion of elements of dignity and temptations to violate dignity, the case studies of successful applications, and the idealism tempered with the realities of changing cultures in organizations. I feel confident based on my problem solving interventions that this book would have helped me immeasurably to help others lead with dignity.

This book has tough me the importance of recognizing our worth, our dignity and that of others. If we go through life with dignity consciousness all our relationships will flourish and we, as leaders, will be able to take out the best of everyone around us
