I am really happy with this car seat.Design is cool and nicer than the other seat used in the second car. It is very sturdy and seems comfortable for my baby. I removed infant pads for cleaning before use. It was easy to take them off, you can machine wash them but I hand washed them and let them hang dry and then placed them back together. It is great to know that all soft parts are washable since this seat will last him for years and I anticipate a lot of spills and messes.The installation was a straightforward process. I used it in rear facing position. The lower anchor connectors were easy to find and connect in my car and the Easy Click adjuster was helpful to create a snug fit. To assure the angle of the seat there is a recline lever to help adjust that and a guide on the seat that tells you how it should be positioned, and has a level to visually show you if it’s positioned correctly.I really like two cups on the seat. My baby is too little to use them yet but, in the future, will be great two have two for a drink, snack or a toy so it’s very useful.I am excited about the SensorSafe feature and I love this idea because how could I be sure that the car temperature is right for the baby. It is hard to asses since the seat is in the back and I am sitting up front and between hot summer, AC it is hard to assess whether the baby is comfortable. I haven’t connected with the app to use it yet but will update my review once I do.Update: I downloaded the app and after plugging in my receiver in the car and buckling the seat, I synced them in the app. It recognized my car make and right away notified me that car temperature was extremely high as it was a very hot day and Ac just started and didn’t’ cool it enough. I looove it. Now I can be sure that my baby won’t overheat. And if he was to unbuckle the seat somehow, I will be notified as well .Wonderful technology to give me peace of mind.Update Feb 2021.I just wanted to update that this is hand down best care seat! I have used it for several months now and I love it. We have a different brand seat in the other car and they are constantly issues with it.This is is comfortable, secure, super easy to out baby in and out. Just love it

I love this carseat. My son also loves it which is great because we do a lot of driving. He falls asleep comfortably in the seat and most important I like the safety features. There is a sensor on the chest clip that will alert you if your child unbuckled themselves or even if its too hot in the backseat. However, this car seat is not efficient if your car is small. It is heavy and takes up a lot of space.

I will never not recommend these seats to people! We purchased them after going round and round trying to find a seat for our very tall toddler. By 14 months she was already 34" and outgrew a lot of seats RF limits because of a long torso. We got these and they're fabulous! The easy click latch install is the tightest most secure I've ever had and installing with seatbelts is a breeze. When our son arrived we got this for him as well when he was 4 months old because he was already 30" and had outgrown his infant carrier. I noticed his crotch buckle was shorter by a smidge than our daughter's. I contacted Evenflo/Parent Link and they got the part number from my daughter's and sent me one for free. Then on July 4th, we were rear ended, I contacted them again to get a letter for insurance stating that the seats needed to be replaced, to my surprise, she pulled up my account and informed me that since I had the Gold Seats, they would replace them themselves and we didn't need to worry about insurance. They arrived in one day, you can't beat that because I see so many others get the run around with insurance not wanting to pay. I highly recommend these seats, you will not be disappointed!

This car seat is amazing - I’m so impressed by how comfortable and happy my son is in it, and the high-tech features keep me even happier! The sensor safe app is very user-friendly and alerts me on my phone if the car is too hot or cold, if the sensor is unbuckled, or if the baby has been in the car too long.Despite being on the bigger side, this seat is very easy to install, remove, and clean. All of the soft parts of this seat are machine washable, and the two cup holders are removable and dishwasher safe - which is important as this seat seems built to last and adapt to my son’s growth for years!All in all, this seat is a great investment in safety, comfort, and peace of mind for me and my baby! Highly recommended!

I am overall pleased with the car seat. It was easy to set up, has a lot of options to grow with my LO, and overall feels safe should the worst case scenario happen (car wreck). The padding is nice and thick and my LO seems to be comfortable riding in it from 5 minutes to an hour or so, and goes right back in without fuss.My only issue has been the SensorSafe. It's glichy on good days and others just annoying. First of all, I have to remember to log in on the app because I have to log out after using it or my phone battery is gone. The under the dash chime helps remind me, but not always, especially if running behind. Second, I live in TX and it's summer so even starting the car an hour before leaving, it's hot. The app will tell me "critical ambient temperature" over and over when I know LO is fine. The car thermoset will even say the car is at 74 and the app will still be saying check on LO. That's super frustrating. And finally, getting out of the car... Why I almost always remember to log out of the app before my battery is caput is because the app will tell me my child is still in the seat even after we have all been inside for quite sometime. The mechanism to know it clipped closed works, but to know it has been unclipped does not.Overall the car seat is great, but there added cost of the SensorSafe is not worth it.
