If you could choose from the top to the bottom, I definitely wouldn’t chose the bottom. Don’t matter what size you are. The pants were rip other than that the top is great. It burns a lot of sweat, but definitely not.

I got my package the day I ordered it opened it to see about any rips after reading all the comments I noticed a lot of people said it had holes or gained them after one use. I am putting this on as I type this and there’s a tear in the pants. Naturally I would be upset however being that my intentions for this purchase was strictly to see how well it would work, im not to upset it was cheap and like I said previous buyers were complaining about the same thing so I kinda figured this would happen. I would say though I thought I would be able to use it before the rip but literally I put it in and looked in the mirror and noticed it ripped on my thigh, remind you it didn’t get stuck to me or anything I got it a size bigger for that exact reason. I wouldn’t recommend this product for everyday use or any use really besides a test run if you wanna see how much you’d sweat or if you should get bigger or smaller or any possible questions you may have for a sauna suit that would be my recommendation but to really use it properly I’d say not this one specifically. I’m testing today how much is sweat after a workout before I go and purchase one of better quality.

Pants ripped after about month or so.

It makes you sweat which is what is meant to do but they break easily not happy with that.

Saw someone on TikTok used it and decided to give it a try. Make sure to have water. You will Sweat, get hot, and sweat more. I also rubbed honey dew hot cream on my stomach And put on my sweat waist trainer. I took it off in the bathroom and hopped in the shower. My bathroom was soaking wet! Next time I’ll take off in the shower.

I got on the treadmill for 30 minutes and the bottoms completely tore. I wear a medium and got a large so no it wasn’t too small. Yes you do sweat but it just easily rips

I maintained using this sweat jogging outfit for 2 weeks. I was able to get in & out my car for 1 week. After a week it totally ripped from seams. Next time I will purchase a more expensive suit!
