Women's Samara Ballet Flat (5, Bronze)

I purchased these shoes as an alternative to the pricy metalic line that Tieks offers. I ordered them for my son's wedding to wear with my formal floor length dress. They will definatly serve their purpose, they match the detail in my dress nicely. They are very pretty and would have been comfortable out of the box had I ordered a size up. However, I easily broke them in quickly wearing a pair of heavy socks and using a hot blow drier to stretch them. This gave me about a half size. I definatly would have sent them back for a bigger size if I had left myself enough time to receive them for the event. So make sure you pay close attention go the warnings about sizing when ordering.The construction is very similar to the Tieks brand, but the materials are definitely of considerably less quality. While Tieks are known to last for years, I would guess maybe a year with these shoes if worn often.They are worth the purchase if you need to save money up front, but otherwise, I would suggest springing for Tieks!

I actually really love these shoes, but I took a star because they really need to make half sizes. My regular size fits, but it is too snug to be comfortable for any amount of time. However, I have a red pair of Samaras that I bought last year in a size up because they were out of stock in my size. They've always felt just a smidge too long in the heel, but they are very comfortable. I wore them in Europe last year and I wanted to add a black pair to take with me this year. I bought the black pair in my normal size and am exchanging it for a size up. Seriously. Half sizes would be SO great.I also add in a Dr. Scholl's ortho insert to cushion my feet and add arch support. With that, I can walk in these all day. Without, my feet hurt after a few hours.

I normally wear size 7 1/2. Some reviews say they run small so I ordered an 8 which fits perfectly on my wide, high arch foot. I agree with the recommendation. They are so cute but I may return them. When I walk, there is a squeak made by the bottom of my foot moving on the rubber like insole. I researched ballet flats for months to try to find ones that were sturdy but soft for a month-long trip to Europe this summer. I found Tieks but at $175 to start -- no. I found these Yoshi's on sale for $60 and I'm in love. I wear an 8.5, ordered an 8, all good. I expect they will stretch but I don't expect to walk out of them.

These ballet flats are indeed, the best. The soft leather is sturdy and well crafted, the colors are ideal and stay that way, and the comfort can't be beat - you literally forgot you're even wearing shoes! Add on the cloth dust bag that arrives with each pair for travel and you've got a true winner.Please, please, please, please order one full size up from your regular size. I know many people that wear these and each of us wears one full size up from our regular size - it's just the way they fit. Your regular size only results in a too tight toe box and discomfort.

I bought these for vacation figuring they'd go with everything and not take up much room in my bag. All of that is true. But, I made the mistake of not trying them on first. Rather, I removed them from the pretentiously small box and packed them in my suitcase. The first time I wore them was for a short period of time. They weren't comfortable but I figured they needed breaking in. The second time, they were even worse as I had to do more walking. Since I wear 10.5-11, I never expected s problem with a full 11. However, they are short in the toe and that hurts. With all the fancy accoutrements, you'd think they would cut a full size shoe. And the price! Ridiculously over priced. If they were comfortable and adorable, I wouldn't complain but $89 for these? Nope. I would have sent them back immediately if I hadn't taken them on vacation. Lesson learned.

I really like these shoes. I usually wear an 8.5 and I ordered a 9, but I might try an 8 next time. I wore them several times a week for months. They don't last forever but I love the flexibility and comfort of the shoe. The sole is pretty padded. If you want structure and support, look elsewhere, but if you want your foot muscles to flex these are great. I personally think that I get more arch development being able to flex my foot.

I am returning the pair I ordered that arrived today. I own many pairs of authentic YS which I love and have lasted me for years. I am a teacher, so I'm on my feet all day and my shoes take a lot of abuse. The fit of the animal print YS shoes that I ordered make me suspect these may be counterfeit. I ordered a full size up and still they don't fit properly. There is a lot of toe cleavage and they barely cover the sides of my feet, which are a medium and not terribly wide at all. I love YS because they never have that issue. These shoes also arrived without a box, they have a lot of loose threads, along with very poor stitching that make me suspect these are knock offs.

I got the size 8 (my shoe size varies between 8 and 8.5 depending on the brand) and unfortunately they were slightly too small. I may have tried to keep them, hoping the leather would gain a bit of give, but I gave up when I felt the elastic. It was very hard and shafed my inner arch. I couldn't stand the shoe on my feet for more than 2 minutes. I'm so sad to have to return them...

Im Sale in insgesamt sechs Farben ergattert. Bequemster Schuh überhaupt. Zum Normalpreis hätte ich sie allerdings ein bisschen zu überteuert gefunden. Ich freu mich!
