Bigger than I thought, but very nice riding bike
This is my first entry into ebikes. I have nothing else to compare it to other than my standard mountain bike. Here's what I think:Pros:1. It's very fast. I've gotten it up to 32 mph on a flat paved trail2. It's mostly assembled. You just have to install handlebars, seat post, fenders and pedals3. The range is decent. I went for a long ride totaling 20+ miles, with 2 bars left on the battery meter4. Comfortable to ride. Takes bumps very well5. Has rear rack, head light and tail light included6. Is actually okay to pedal like a regular bike without using the motor (good if you drain the battery)7. Folding option allows additional flexibility for storage8. It looks really cool. I've had random people comment on the looks9. Price is very good for the quality and features10. The disk brakes stop the bike well11. The battery locks inside the frame making the battery harder to steal off the bikeCons:1. The bike is bigger than I expected. This is not a small compact commuter bike! (See photo comparing size against a standard mtn bike with 26" tires)2. It's hefty! Like 65 pounds. Even with the battery removed, it's still heavy3. The handlebar riser stem is insanely tall for some reason. And it can telescope even taller! Did they make this bike for Shaq? I cut 2" off to bring it down to a more normal height4. Folding it in half is an awkward effort. Don't expect to do this quickly5. On hills, you are pedaling to help the motor rather than the motor helping you to pedal. The motor isn't strong enough to take you up hills under battery only, so you must pedal to get up steep hills6. The computer settings aren't the most apparent, and the instructions don't do a great job of explaining what each setting does or how it affects the rideOverall, I'm very happy with this bike. The cons above aren't really anything bad, just some things to keep in mind or get used to. And yes, I've ridden this bike without using any electric assist just to see how hard it is to pedal. Surprisingly, it's not hard to pedal at all! I even pedaled up some medium hills without too much effort. Steep hills are another matter- it only has 1 front ring gear so you wouldn't want to pedal up a steep hill without the motor helping you. One thing I recommend is adding a smartphone holder and rearview mirror to the handlebar. In all, you will not be disappointed with this bike!

Photo document every step of unpacking and assembly.
Initial impressions, will update as time goes on....First and foremost you have to understand that it is critical that you take pictures of every step that you take...open box...photo...take out one piece at a time lay it out...photo...photo...photo...assemble in steps...photo..if you have any problems at all you are going to be asked politely to prove it, you will be asked to double check and prove it again...which I guess is ok to say thats fair on the sellers behalf.... some might take that as being jerked around, but i dont mind the business mentality of keeping your customers honest. my bike is missing a part... a very small.....very standard bicycle part...i can order one and have it prime delivered tomorrow...but im going to see this out. Seller does take a day to respond, but they are responsive... im not angry yet. I am missing the wedge nut that fastens the handlebar stem into the fork tube. I am waiting to see how it plays out. I've been asked to double check the box after submitting my photos. It's not there, I am positive. There is a decent ammount of foam and cardboard in the box which I have gone through many many times.. I like this bike, it seems solid..its sturdy and joints are tight. it will suit my camp ground gravel/off cruiser needs well..I have not had a chance to test it. As long as it holds up I am completely satisfied with what I bought, which is a decent budget fat tire e bike. Dont expect 3,000+ bike fit and finish...some areas are a little rough... the rack isn't a precision fit....but dollar for dollar I feel like there's very decent value...the only thing I wish there was is a parts breakdown/service parts available to order..thats not uncommon though most of the bikes I shopped for in this price range ..they have the same concern for me which is parts availability and sourcing..having said that it is a bike...I would assume if I have problems with my bike after warranty I can get rolling again at my local bike shop. The bike manual isn't much to talk about... but the lcd screen manual is actually pretty detailed.EDIT: the company did send me the replacement parts I needed. All I had to do was verify that they were damaged or missing. I believe this was a shipping issue not the company. If you are patient they will take care of any issues. Email communication when dealing with someone across the globe on different time schedules isn't instant. I am happy with the quality of the bike for the money.. you get your 1k worth in my opinion. I'm 6'1 220.. this thing has taken me up to 25 mph on throttle alone...and I don't have the guts to go any faster. I doubt I will use it to its fullest speed capabilities...the riding position is not aggressive enough nor the handlebars places in a position where you would want to maintain speeds like that. Perfect for camp ground cruising and getting around in all terrain type situations... in my personal experience this bike is perfect for what I intend to use it for.. I have had no issues thus far..

Overall, nice bike
1st, box was beat up (fedex ground)The fender and rear rack brackets were bent (rack fixed in vise)- fenders bent back by handthere's a small dent on bottom of left fork tube (didn't even notice it at first)Bike rides great, though I'll ride more in coming weeks - Family reunion in a month (June 2023)I'm 74yrs old x motorcycle rider, have 4 escooters (one, modified ninebot max a little too fast, LOL)I'll update after my 52ppl reunionThanxUpdate 6/13/23I've decided I love this bike (35mi over several trips) I bought a second battery - 15ah, battery parallel controller - and I would never unlock the speed limiter - tho' it's quite easy, lol. BTW, I'm 185lbs - 6'2"Now I have 28ah to play with
