Just keep in mind when you cook with them they're still going to have their shells-rehydrate them a bit so that's easier to remove! Otherwise prepare for a bit of a weird, crunchy experience even after cooking.Do keep in mind the shrimp are RAW. Do cook it, or you might end up in the hospital.

It was so stinky and I can guaranteed you that it was gone bad. I soaked it 3 times and then decided it not worth taking the risk because it still stunk like ......! I threw the whole package away.Wish I had taken a picture to show how bad the dried shrimp looked.

Revived these and they were dark brown. This looked odd to begin with when we opened the shipping package. We opened the product and was met with a horrible odor. The expiration date wasn’t passed yet, but the shrimp was definitely gone bad.I’ll stick to buying food products directly from our locate markets before buying from amazon ever again.

I have been buying this brand of freeze dried shrimp for years. It's always been fine but the last batch I got looked mouldy and had a strong ammonia smell.
