- 2 boxes of Betaplast H, hydrocolloid dressing dot patch.(1 box:12 dots per sheet x 3 pouches, diameter 1.2 cm x thickness 0.03 cm)
- Adheres well to wound surface and provides a moist wound healing environment. suitable for treatment of small wounds eg. minor cuts. helps prevent futher bleeding. faster wound healing. reduces scar formation.
- 1.clean minor wound and let it dry. 2.remove dot patch from the sheet as required. 3.apply the dressing on affected area and gently press it down to secure well. 4.once the dressing absorbs the fluid in the affected area, it turns white and swells upwards. keep it for 2-3 days to contain the exudate and maintain the moist environment for healing.
- 5.once the dressing does not swell up anymore or if the fluid leaks, remove the dressing and replace with a new one. 6.remove the dressing by gently peeling off one corner of the dressing.
