Three hats in one!Ok look, let’s start with the obvious - yes, it looks a little bit goofy. It’s a floppy hat with a plastic drape, it’s not the most stylish thing on the planet, I get it.BUT! It’s actually pretty awesome, style be dammed. And it’s not any goofier than a face mask, so whatever, we all look a little strange now.If you tuck up the plastic, it’s a squishable sun hat. If you put the plastic down, it’s a face guard. If it’s raining, voila, you now have a rain hat! Three uses in one hat, how cool is that? It’s affordable, comfortable, easily portable, and the plastic is super clear. Also, it’s unisex. It’s a black hat, doesn’t get much more unisex than that.You know how a hat works, you know how a face shield works, so I’m gonna tell you about the rain thing. I wear glasses, and I live in a state that’s perpetually wet. Like all the time. I keep two umbrellas in my car all year long, ok? Being that it rains all the time, I’m used to it, and I don’t like the hassle of an umbrella when it’s less than a downpour.But I haaaaaaaate it when my glasses get all spotted up and my hair gets wet when I’m dashing from car to building. Because , look, your glasses get wet, you get inside and want to clean them off, so you reach for your shirt, only it’s wet too. If you’re at home, great, you have towels or whatever. But at work, at the grocery, in a mall, a restaurant, etc. most of your options are going to be scratchy crappy paper to dry off your glasses. And nobody likes that! It leaves smears, scratches the lenses, and generally sucks.Also, rain plus makeup? Oh honey, no.But now, I can use my goofy, wonderful hat. I can plop it on, dash through the rain, and when I get inside, my hair and glasses and makeup are rain drop free! I know that sounds kind of silly, and also like an infomercial haha. But to me, it’s important. Plus it’s easy, and I love easy. I have a hat that keeps my face dry, can be stuffed in my bag, can be pulled out as a face shield, etc. I don’t have to have an umbrella, and a mask, and a bag, and glasses wipes, and whatever else.I like to use this as a face shield mostly in areas with lots of space, especially outdoor events. I feel safe keeping the mask off, plus I’m shielded from the sun. It does a pretty good job of not fogging up, and it is really super clear plastic, which I was not expecting.Bottom line - two dry lenses! I love it, I wear it often, and I keep telling my friends to try it. Recommended buy and try!

To the point:1) hat is small. It fits my head (average woman) but would not fit a man. Also, with my hair gathered in the hat (as in a half pony ir a bun) the hat is too small2) the plastic is soft. It is not like in the pictures, where it looks stiffer and creaseless3) you can remove some of the creases with steam or hot water4) it is a bit hot inside the “shield”5) visibility is not perfectHowever... it is a shield and it is easy to wear and keep clean.I’d say it is adequate and I am happy I bought it

The concept is great however for me, the hat felt warm on my head and being under the plastic, I felt it was hard to breath. I think it would work great but I am sensitive to everything so although the hat fit very well, it made my head warm. Although I like the concept, I felt smothered by the plastic....I am returning.

I thought this was going to work best for me and I really like the concept. It came folded. They had folded it right down the middle of the face. It wasn't even in the exact middle. I thought it might come out eventually but so far no. It is creased so badly it is hard to see. Plus the thickness of the shield is great but a little too thick for someone who wears glasses. I found it hard to see. I did get a compliment from wearing it and would have really liked it if it worked. Found it hard to see and that the crease made it even more difficult!

The clear shield does not detach from the hat. Others do and I will try those instead. The hat is so flimsy you can see through the fabric. The shield moves around too much - very pliable, which you want some, but not this much. No weight to it so it doesn't stay in place very well. The hat is not adjustable so you have to go with the size, whether it fit or not. Found it to be a little small but as they are both so lightweight I am not sure it would stay on very well even if it fit better.

I received my hat with full face shield not only was shipping super fast but the fit of the hat is not only comfortable but has a nice thickness and the face shield has the perfect see through ability sleek and sheerless this was perfect for my niece who needs this to use while working to protect herself from viruses not only that works great outside in the rain to protect hair and makeup glad I purchased it

This product is very useful and comfortable to wear. The plastic covers my face completely, but I like the most is that my vision is not blurry, I can wear the hat and see everything clear. I found the face shields a little bit uncomfortable because the fell from my head, but with this shield that does not happen. I also like that is very smooth and foldable so, I can put it my bag and it does not occupy a lot of space.

I like the idea of the hat as well as the fit. Wish there were color choices. BUT, it is very hard to read or do any activity that requires a lot of visual focus. The way the hat was packaged put some permanent wrinkles in the plastic distorting things visually. Tried to dewrinkle the plastic but was not successful. Wearing for walks it provides an extra layer of protection. Used it for Tea with friends an was manageable for finger foods and straw drinking.
