This Nerf gun was great. No jams were experienced, and the priming was smooth. I found it to be WAY more accurate than most Nerf guns, and it's super lightweight. My son loves to play "Sniper", so this was perfect for him. Although this was not a birthday or Xmas gift, my son would have loved such a great gift. I highly recommend this.

My son loves the size of this thing, and you can see through the scope.Finally, a gun with bolt action he can finally use. You can also choose which side to have the slider on or have it on both. It comes with 12 blue darts, but the mag holds 6 rounds. The mag release does drop it straight down and out of the gun when used via gravity.It's not heavy, but it has some weight to it for a 5-year-old which helps build arm strength and teaches how to rest the muzzle on objects to stay steady.I didn't tell him to put on the ear protection and gloves, he just does that on his own. No, the gun is not loud, he just associates all firearms with hearing protection and yes, he treats every nerf gun like it's loaded.

This was given as a gift.Got high praise from a 6 year old up to a 15 year old.There only a few parts that have to be put together. Other than that it’s easy to use.It seems well made and has, so far, stood up well to boys dropping it on the floor.I highly recommend it and so don’t 4 boys.

This gun is fun to play with. We got it for my son for Christmas. While really cool and fun, it can also be very aggravating. The bullets tend to get jammed or don't load well every now and then. It's not kept my son from playing with it but it does hinder the enjoyment some. Overall nice toy but can be frustrating when bullets jam.

I was impressed with the fact that the manufacturer actually put a "rifling" in the barrel... whether it actually works I do not know. It has the best range I have seen with an unmodified Neft gun and you have to understand the mechanics of a "sniper rifle" to see know how this works. But it does work well and it accurate with the original "bullets." It is good, no issues and we bought two of them. You may want to be careful with the bolt mechanism because the plastic pieces need to be pulled back and forth close to the weapon frame otherwise you will probably break the tabs you have to insert for the bolt action chamber.

My son loved using this product. It is very durable and well made. My son throws it, dives in bushes with it and it works as good as the first day I got it for him.

The item arrived and we couldn't find the orange part that is essential for loading the gun. We thought it was defective, but we later found it in the box and attached it.The item works as expected and my son likes it.
