I usually wear size 8 womens shoes and got the small size and wish they were just a bit bigger
Love theseswim fins, light and comfy, work well in the water. Wish two things: the size small is ok for my feet (women's size 8) but I could've gotten the medium size. They don't float so be careful ;-)

They run REALLY SMALL! Otherwise great!
I typically wear a 10.5 shoe, so I ordered these in L…the first time…my toes were crammed in the ends. No bueno. So I returned them and ordered size XL…supposedly for men size 12-13US…and they barely fit. They may be a womens 13, but not a mens. The seller must be eating a fortune in return postage at this point based on the multitude of other reviews with the same complaint. Its baffling.OTHERWISE, they are great. They are surprisingly easy to walk in at the beach and when underwater they are actually pretty fast, as the short fins are quite rigid.I love them overall. I put some nice neoprene Dakine leashes on mine, but you could just as easily tie a shoelace to each one and then your ankle for cheap insurance so you cant lose them in the surf.✌️😎🤙

Awesome
I've only used makapuu's, vipers, and bz's my whole life and I've always bought them from a physical surf shop, so I was a little anxious buying these online. But I'm sure glad I did. These fins are awesome. I have really wide feet and these didn't cramp my feet at all. I used them everyday close to 6 hours a day for 5 days straight while on vacation and only had a miniscule blister type thing on the top of my first three toes(only because I wore them upside down by mistake one day and it wasn't even a full blister type thing). They are super comfortable and soft in the pocket. Propulsion is wicked fast and easy and I can paddle forever with these on. Drag was almost non existent and it's overall length was great, it was efficient and easy to drop knee with. I cannot attest to its floatation qualities however because I had fin tethers on the whole time. I also can not say how they work with just one on as I used both the whole time. Sand management was also top notch sand and debris was not even an issue at all. I am so happy with these fins, I would say I like these way better than makapuu's, vipers or bz's-that's a pretty bold statement for me as I've only used those my whole life.

Runs Aprox. 1/2” small
Without a doubt these fins have the most comfortable foot pocket in the fin industry. It’s really unbelievable.HOWEVER...they run about 1/2” small. I’m a size 12 (male size), acccurately measured with a shoe size tool, and I often wear 12.5 or 13 shoes, depending on style. Ordered the fins in XL, which allegedly covers sizes 11-13. My big toes got cramped at the front end of the foot pocket, which leads me to be believe they are more of a 12 or 12.5 the most when heel strap stretches - but definitely not a 13. The foot pocket is wider than other fins too. Also, the blade is significantly softer than rubber fins. Though I didn’t test them since had to return them, I imagine these fins might not give as much thrust as rubber fins.Overall, the product impressed me, and would have kept it if they fit me. It is a very interesting fin desing and the material is unlike anything else.

Open Water Swimmer here - Promotes a natural
Hey folks, I'm using these for open water distance swimming and what I like about these is that they're short enough to promote a natural kicking motion, I'm a big fan of them so far :)

Best swim fin
Best swim fins ever made for real swim training. Had my last set for year, use daily at swim workout but lost the left one boogie boarding. Very happy to find this set since hydro tech 2 fins are no longer manufactured.

Size XL; 12 - 13. Sleek looking fins & comfy too.
Fit; my foot is thinner long 12 and the pocket is roomy, so a beefier foot would fit well. I wear mostly 12's. I'd like a snugger fit around arch & fore-foot areas but my R-big toe touches front of pocket and I had to add fin saver pads too. 4 stars for fit issue, because I can't size down / up to adjust. I've recently tried 3 other leading brands, (Maka-DUKS-CusX) these are the most comfy of the group and look well made, maybe not as tough. Design is different too, the center part of the blade is offset to the outside of your foot, so visually it does look a bit weird,(pigeon toed?) but that's SCIENCE at work, I guess. They perform good for laps in the pool and the Ocean trying to bodyboard but as a "senior grom", this opinion is based on fit / function, not expertise.

These are the best swim training fins ever
This is my second pair from Hydro Tech. The first pair is still amazing and better than anything else on the market. I wanted a back up pair as I use these every second day for training. Love them. If you like speed, then these are the fins for you.

Muy cómodas
Mis aletas anteriores eran abiertas de la parte de los dedos y en ocasiones me molestaban. Estás al ser cerradas son muy cómodas y el efecto de empuje sigue siendo el mismo. Excelente producto
