Q: Is this 10m as described in the title or 100cm as shown in photos, please?

My piece was ten metres in length but the width is about six and a half inches just under 17.5 centimetres Worked well. For us

Q: Has anyone used this as an inner layer in a mask and washed the mask?

Yes my wife uses this the mask she makes (into the 100s so far). We haven't washed any yet but they can be just not on high heat (best is hand wash with anti-bac wash and air dry). No tumble dryer or ironing.

Q: Can it be used as an inner liner with p2.5 liner?

What do you mean with 2.5 liner? I made a mask by folding double to line a mask,does that help?
